Job Profile:
The Financial Administration Analyst is responsible for providing analytic and technical services to the Financial Administration Unit and performing administrative duties relevant to support the Director, Financial Administration’s responsibilities, within overall policies or instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analytics and Technical Services
- Supports Loan Management Function by preparation and communication of loan related documents with Borrowers (e.g. debit/credit advice, loan status & disbursement reports)
Handles the OPEC Fund Client Portal data & registration of borrowers, users and focal points - Manages of borrowers’ Authorized Signatories Lists as well as info and contact data in SAP/CML
- Provides technical support, and administration of reports, correspondence and materials of the relevant Governing Board Committees and maintenance of the designated workspace within overall procedures and instructions
- Supports the contractual and administrative tasks of IFI/MDB Networks & Platforms that OPEC Fund's is a member and represented by Financial Administration Unit.
- Provides support in preparation of analytical reports on loans and other corporate dashboards and data
Coordination Support
- Receives, logs, reviews and distributes all incoming correspondences, mail & document management systems
- Prepares, proofreads, and drafts letters, memos, internal correspondence and similar documentation, following specific instructions
- Facilitates, arranges, and takes minutes of internal/external, in person and virtual meetings as well as assists in creation and processing of duty travels and required logistics
- Liaises, on behalf of the Director, Financial Administration, with officers inside and outside the Department/ Unit, to give or obtain information
Performs any other related tasks as assigned by the Director to support the effective delivery of the Function, Department and OPEC Fund’s mandate.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Management or related relevant field
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a relevant field
At least one (1) year experience in an international development finance institution
Fluent in English. Good working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish is an added advantage.
